Camp Information
At DI Theater Camp participants are grouped into teams with 4-8 members. They develop teamwork and problem solving skills through daily instant challenge and performance skills clinics. Teams use their developing skills to solve a real DI Challenge. Each week culminates in an evening showcase live on stage featuring team-created solutions including original stories with team-created costumes, makeup, props, scenery, songs, dances, and technical spectacles. Inter-acts include improv performances by team members and anectdotes from the professional staff.
Week #1 Aug 1-5, Monday-Friday Week #2 Aug 8-12, Monday-Friday Week #3 Aug 15-19, Monday-Friday Select morning or afternoon sessions based on child's grade for the 2016-17 school year 1st-5th Graders, Mornings, 9:00 am - 12:45 pm 6th-10th Graders, Afternoons, 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm Counselors in Training can assist with the morning camp and earn community service hours.
